This Is What We Do…..
– Complete Custom Design / Build Koi Ponds, Water Gardens, Waterfalls And Pondless Waterfalls
From start to finish, we work with you to create a water feature that not only looks great, but also we design it to function in the best and most efficient way. Keeping the ponds clean and clear as well as providing a healthy environment with less maintenance is a top priority. We also can design and build landscaping and hardscaping around the pond as well. Anything from plantings, to patios and decks.
– Pond Service / Maintenance Plans
Openings and closings, to full yearly maintenance plans. Whatever your pond may require to be at its best. Whether you need monthly, bi-monthly or just now and then throughout the season, we can provide that service. Services include cleaning filters, backwashing bead filters, inspecting pumps and ultra-violet sterilizers, cleaning skimmers, and just making sure everything is working great.
– Complete Pond Draining And Cleanings
Makes the pond look like new again. We drain the pond, remove the fish wash the pond down (sometimes powerwash if needed), remove all sludge and debris from the pond, flush out pipes, clean filters, and refill the pond with water. If any chemicals or additives are required they will be added to the water and then start up and inspect all pumps and filters. Once everything is back up a running properly and everything is safe, we put the fish back into the pond. The fish are temporarily held in large holding tanks with net covers and aeration systems.
– Openings and Closings
Startups include connecting pumps, UV lights, starting and cleaning filters, removing nets if required, general cleaning, changing UV bulbs, water changes may be recommended, and just making sure everything is ready for a new season.
Winterizing includes removing of pumps, UV lights, draining and cleaning the filters, bead filters are taken apart, removing and cleaning all the beads and manifolds inside the tank, all pipes are blown out, netting is also installed to cover the pond (if not already done earlier in the fall), aeration systems are set up to provide oxygen throughout the winter, and heaters can also be installed if necessary.
